About the Author

Jeanne Andrus is filled with a passion for helping women come through their menopausal journey with renewed health and an excitement for life they may have thought was gone forever. After years of neglecting herself while pursuing motherhood and a corporate career, at the age of 48, Jeanne committed to health and self-fulfillment in the wake of her divorce. Her new-found love for fitness and healthy helped her lose 80 pounds, renew her passion for outdoor adventure, and create the life of her dreams. That dream included creating a business as a certified personal trainer and health coach (American Council on Exercise). Coaching women for fitness and weight loss led Jeanne to realize how pervasive the changes of perimenopause and menopause are and led her to create her holistic coaching approach to midlife that she calls Menopause Mastery Coaching. When she's not coaching clients worldwide from her home in the Greater New Orleans area, she's off adventuring - anything from skiing in New England to scuba diving in Belize!
